Vijay Krishna founded Steady Ground Properties to give property owners a straight, no-pressure conversation about their options. As a real estate investor and experienced underwriter, he looks at a property the way a lender or buyer will, so he can tell you plainly what a refinance, a partner or a sale would actually look like. He’s based in Metro Detroit and works with owners across the Midwest and Southeast.
We focus on apartment buildings and neighborhood retail centers. When you reach us, you’ll talk with a person who makes decisions, not a call center.
